IOXwebcam 1.1.2b2 Purchase

I am a registered user of IOXwebcam 1.1 and have installed
v1.1.2b2expecting I would have to pay again. I did not receive a
notice after
installing the new driver that I needed to pay for the upgrade. Am I exempt
from paying for the upgrade because I've paid for v1.1? Also, is there a
v1.2 of the webcam driver or is this just the development leading up to v1.2,
and am I going to have to pay for that when it is released?
